Mediate on the WORD day and night.
What is Meditation:
This means to think carefully about something. If you look around, you will certainly be exposed to many ways to meditate; however, the main objective is to create mental discipline in whatever you do. All you need is a small space for you to sit comfortably, preferably in a quiet location. Close your eyes and “observe” your thoughts. Whatever thoughts enter your mind, simply let them go.
Although you may find many ways of meditating, the best way to meditate is through prayer. Prayer is a good example of spiritual meditation, though it does not have to be religious and is certainly not specific to any kind of religion. Anybody with a relationship with the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit can practice this by asking spiritual guidance, wherein God ‘speaks’ and you ‘listen’. In this type of meditation, we can start by asking a particular question, and we clear our minds so that we can ‘listen’ to the answer. This is referred to as two-way communication between you and God.
These methods will help obtain mind control. Remember that they are: Responsibility, Repetition and Meditation.
By committing yourselves to this undertaking, you are taking a step toward achieving your goal. By making an effort to practice on a regular basis, you are working toward making it a habit. This is why it is so important that you be consistence with at least a 30-day procedure.
